Acclaimed Afrobeats producer ThisizLondon has officially signed with Love Renaissance (LVRN). Known for his work on some of the most iconic Afrobeats records in recent years, the 24-year-old hitmaker is now gearing up for the next chapter in his career with a debut project under LVRN.

Born Michael Hunter and formerly known as LONDON, ThisizLondon has crafted hits like Ayra Starr’s chart-topping anthem “Bloody Samaritan”, and Rema’s Billboard Hot 100 No. 3 global hit “Calm Down”. His stellar production credits also include contributions to Wizkid’s Grammy-nominated album Made in Lagos and Tiwa Savage’s Celia.

In August, ThisizLondon made his debut as a lead artist with the single “PINACOLADA”, featuring Ayra Starr and 6LACK, which has already made waves in the Afrobeats scene. The track, along with his collaboration “W” with Olamide and Alpha P, highlights his ability to blend genres and deliver chart-topping sounds.

“I’m thrilled to join the LVRN family and begin this new chapter. I’ve always admired their global impact and the way they approach music,” said ThisizLondon.

LVRN has long been a pioneer in supporting African artists and producers. The Atlanta-based label represents an impressive roster of African talent, including South African amapiano DJ duo TxC and Ghanaian fashion collective Free The Youth. On the management side, LVRN also represents SPINALL and TxC, further expanding its influence in the global music scene.

“We’re excited to welcome ThisizLondon to the family. He’s one of the most talented producers to emerge from the continent, and I’ve been a fan for a while,” said Tunde Balogun, CEO and co-founder of LVRN. “My team and I are eager to support him on his musical journey.”

ThisizLondon is currently working on his debut project under LVRN, with more details to be revealed in the coming months.

About LVRN Records

Love Renaissance (LVRN Records) is an Atlanta-based record label and management company founded in 2012 by Tunde Balogun, Justice Baiden, Junia Abaidoo, Carlon Ramong, and Sean “Famoso” McNichol. At its core, LVRN is a multi-faceted agency specializing in talent management, creative direction, and production, as well as marketing and strategic partnerships. For nearly a decade, LVRN has been at the forefront of supporting the artists and entrepreneurs who are driving and developing the new wave of music and entertainment. Home to genre-bending acts such as 6LACK, Summer Walker, SPINALL, TxC, and DVSN, LVRN has gathered a roster of talent from across various cultures and is expanding and amplifying their artistry and voices on a global scale. In 2017, the label signed a distribution deal with Interscope Records and launched a creative space studio in Atlanta called LVRN Studios to further cultivate musical talent in Atlanta. In addition to managing music artists, the agency has launched joint ventures with other culture-driven establishments, most recently investing in Jerk X Jollof, an event series dedicated to celebrating Afro-Caribbean culture.
