Ghanaian artist Samuel Adu Frimpong, popularly known as Medikal, has revealed his willingness to compensate TikTok influencers to promote his music. In an interview on Hitz FM’s Daybreak Hitz with Andy Dosty, the award-winning artist emphasized his readiness to invest in the promotion of his musical work.
“I don’t mind paying TikTokers to promote my music. I like what they are doing,” he stated. Medikal acknowledged the evolving nature of the music industry and highlighted the crucial role TikTok influencers play in spreading and promoting current songs.
The artist expressed admiration for the work and impact of social media influencers, emphasizing that their support extends beyond individual artists to benefit the entire Ghanaian music industry. “They support Ghana music, not just my music,” he added.
