Armed robbers have invaded the shop of broadcast journalist, Bridget Otoo, making away with the daily cash sales whiles firing warning shots in the presence of the salesgirl.
The Metro TV Newscaster made this revelation via her verified Twitter account. According to her, the salesgirl is safe but is visibly shaken by the unfortunate event.
This adds to the worrying trend of insecurity in the country in recent weeks following a series of broad daylight robberies that have engulfed the country.

Two guys on a bike fired two warning shots and pulled the gun on my shop attendant and took the morning’s cash sales of 500 cedis.
She’s safe but visibly shaken.
I don’t know what I would have told her parents if sth had happened to her.
