Award-winning Ghanaian singer, Kuami Eugene may be saying goodbye to his record label, Lynx Entertainment.
The “Take Away” hitmaker took to Twitter via his verified handle, ‘Unhappy’ Kuami Eugene penned, “I try saa say I go stay, buh chaley I for leff. Suro Nipa 😔”.
As to why the rockstar is leaving lynx entertainment, nobody knows. Although Kuami Eugene is yet to explain his post, rumors over the past few months suggest he is finally leaving his music home, Lynx Entertainment after 5 years.

Kuami Eugene was signed to the label run by Richie Mensah in 2016. He will now join the likes of MzVee, Asem, Eazzy, and Ziggy amongst others who have parted ways with Lynx Entertainment.
Meanwhile, Kuami Eugene was honored at the 2022 BMI London Awards. He was awarded together with Nigerians’ CKay and JoeBoy. The songwriters, including Kuami Eugene, and publishers of the global hit song ‘Love Nwantiti’ were awarded at the ceremony held at London’s Savoy Hotel on 3rd October 2022.
‘Love Nwantiti’ was among the songs that were awarded under the ‘Most-Performed Songs of the Year section. This category of honors is dedicated to songs with the most performances on terrestrial radio, satellite radio, and digital streaming services over the past year.
