The lead single, “The Earth, uMama,” featuring Credo Mutwa and Khanyisa, sets the tone for the EP, offering a soul-stirring journey into African mythology and traditional Zulu folklore. Mutwa’s profound insights about the traditional reverence for dance as a spiritual tool are given new life through the infectious rhythms of Amapiano, creating an immersive sonic experience that pays homage to his spiritual and artistic legacy.

Through this EP, we aim to celebrate the richness of African culture while pushing the boundaries of artistic collaboration.” Yumbs echoed this sentiment, adding, “Working on this project with MaXhosa has been a truly inspiring experience. We are honored to pay tribute to the legendary Credo Mutwa through music, and we hope that this EP resonates with listeners worldwide.”

This commitment to fairness underscores the collective dedication to upholding Mutwa’s vision and ensuring that his profound influence continues to resonate across generations.
