Rising artist Mazy has unveiled his latest single, “Sarewa,” a seamlessly smooth blend of South-African Amapiano and Nigerian Afrobeats. Inspired by the vibrant nightlife in UK cities, Mazy’s new track is all about letting loose and indulging in great vibes and an amazing time. Self-produced by Mazy, “Sarewa” is an energetic mid-tempo composition that incorporates elements from African, European, and British-Caribbean culture, showcasing Mazy’s diverse musical influences.

With his signature Afro-Caribbean flow, Mazy effortlessly combines infectious rhythms and captivating melodies in “Sarewa.” The song reflects Mazy’s personal experiences and the various countries and cultures he has been exposed to throughout his life. It is a testament to his ability to create music that transcends borders and resonates with listeners from different backgrounds.

Mazy shares, “While I was making the beat, I kept hearing words in my head, and ‘Sarewa’ stuck with me, which ended up being the chorus. Things weren’t as smooth in my personal life at the time I made this song. I just wanted to create an atmosphere where people would – at least temporarily – forget what they’re going through and celebrate life. I do hope it resonates with y’all the same way it did with me during its creation.”

Born of Nigerian descent and raised in Austria, Mazy discovered his natural talent for music at a young age. He began his journey as an artist by making beats and eventually ventured into mixing and producing. Mazy’s passion for music led him to the UK in 2017, where he now produces, mixes, and masters his own tracks.

With “Sarewa,” Mazy continues to showcase his growth as an artist and his ability to create music that combines infectious beats with meaningful lyrics. Fans can expect an uplifting and vibrant listening experience that reflects Mazy’s unique musical style.
