Meek Mill deletes video he shot at the Jubilee House

Meek Mill Jubilee House video

After several backlashes from netizens, American rapper, Meek Mill has deleted the music video shot at The Jubilee House.

On Sunday, January 8, the rapper posted his video teaser on his Instagram page of him touring the Jubilee House and freestyling to his new song lyrics. Ghanaians on social media quickly expressed their disappointment at the Presidency for allowing Meek Mill to film at the Jubilee House.

Meek Mill was one of the mega artists billed to perform at the Afro Nation concert in Accra during the festive season. The video captures portions of the Presidency, from the frontage, through the main corridors, in the main conference hall, and behind the presidential lectern causing Ghanaians to fume, describing the art as a denigration of the seat.

Below are some of the reactions the video received on social media,

Entertainment Journalist Kuami Dadzie Wrote;

“This is actually good news. Our artistes now have a new location to shoot their music videos. Their 18% Ghanaian brother domiciled in the US, @MeekMill, has shown the way. But for those of us who attended “saito”, what’s sermon in the song? Mente hweee.”

Ameyaw Debrah wrote:

“What pains me more is that e be some foolish song too”
