Award-winning Ghanaian saxophonist Mizter Okyere has done it again—this time, breaking boundaries with an unprecedented fusion of Highlife and Salsa in his electrifying new single, “I Dey Come.” The track marks the birth of a brand-new Afro-pop culture sound, showcasing Mizter Okyere’s innovative artistry and his newly formed band, The Soul Healers Band.
Never before has Highlife met Salsa in such a seamless, vibrant, and rhythmically explosive way. “I Dey Come” is more than just a song—it’s a musical revolution, blending the soulful grooves of Afrobeat with the fiery, dance-inducing energy of Salsa.
Mizter Okyere, known for his mastery of the saxophone and genre-defying creativity, produced the track himself and introduced The Soul Healers Band as featured acts—ushering in a fresh wave of sound destined to captivate global audiences.
“The song is a blend of Salsa and Highlife/Afrobeat. The world deserves a new wave of sound; so I had to create this one featuring my own band – The Soul Healers Band.
