Nigerian artist Mo Eazy makes his powerful musical comeback with “Teriba”, the spiritually uplifting lead single from his new EP Ibere, released today. The track masterfully blends celestial melodies with infectious African rhythms, creating a devotional dancefloor anthem that transcends cultural boundaries.
Born in Kano and raised across Oyo State and South London, Mo Eazy’s unique transcontinental journey informs his genre-defying sound that fuses traditional Yoruba influences with contemporary Western production. “Teriba represents more than just music – it’s a spiritual experience you can move to,” explains the multi-talented artist. “After my creative break, I’m returning with work that connects souls to their roots while getting bodies dancing.”
The award-winning singer, songwriter and producer brings an impressive pedigree, having crafted hits for major African artists including Runtown’s “Things I Know” and Darey’s “Special Fever”, while also contributing to Yemi Alade’s Rebel Queen album. Beyond music, Mo Eazy has composed soundtracks for acclaimed Nollywood films like A Tribe Called Judah and appeared in popular TV series Jenifa’s Diary and Industreet.
