Popkanon and RarriQUESO Unveil Captivating Collaboration “Save Your Cry”

Popkanon and RarriQUESO have joined forces to release their latest single, “Save Your Cry,” a refreshing pop song with elements of modern country that is sure to captivate audiences worldwide. This captivating track features a bilingual composition, with the first half in English and the second half in Spanish, centered around the universal theme of life struggles. Friedrich Nietzsche’s famous quote, “But the worst enemy you can meet will always be yourself,” encapsulates the essence of the song, emphasizing self-preservation, positivity, and letting go of negativity.

The song’s message revolves around finding strength to overcome inner struggles and to “kiss your sad songs goodbye,” highlighting the importance of not dwelling on past grievances and making the most of our singular existence.

Hailing from Chicago, the talented RarriQUESO adds texture and flair to the track with his captivating and smooth vocals. His involvement in the songwriting and composition process has contributed to its depth and resonance, further enhancing the overall appeal of “Save Your Cry.”

RarriQUESO expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating, “The message of the song resonated with me as soon as I heard the demo, inspiring me to further craft and mold the track. What appealed to me was the opportunity to imprint my own style onto the song through lyrics, melody, and composition. In the end, we are all very pleased with the outcome.”

The collaboration between RarriQUESO and Popkanon has already seen success, with their previous collaboration “Bar Colombia” receiving praise from journalists and curators worldwide. Notably, the track became the most played song on Radio Latin Amerika in Oslo, Norway, during the summer of 2023.

“Save Your Cry” was mixed and mastered by Chicago-based producer and sound engineer Jack Flash, ensuring a high-quality and captivating listening experience for fans.
