Sarkodie Announces Jamz World Tour

Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie on January 27th announced his upcoming tour for 2023 – the JAMZ World tour.

This announcement follows the release of his version of ‘Stir It Up’ by Bob Marley & The Wailers. In making the announcement, the Sarkcess music boss shared a snippet of a video on Instagram and captioned “JAMZ WORLD 🌍 TOUR 23 || Dates x Cities OUT NEXT

Jamz Album tour will see Sarkodie travel to cities across Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa. The tour will also feature Sarkodie’s hit songs, as well as new music from his 8th studio album JAMZ released in 2022. The 10-track album has guest contributions from King Promise, Oxlade, Ink Boy, Lojay, Kranium, Cina Soul, Joe Boy, Black Sherif, and Buju (BNXN).

Sarkodie has by far released a number of successful albums in recent years, including “Black Love,” “Highest,” “Sarkology,” and “Mary,” among others. His last album, “No Pressure,” was the first Ghanaian album to reach 20 million plus streams on Boomplay, a few months after it was released.

Jamz Album by Sarkodie was released on 11th November 2022, by Sarkcess Music, Eagle Plug, and Ceek. Music Entrepreneurs KJ Spio and Michael Owusu Addo served as the record’s executive producers. The album is a mixture of Afrobeats and Amaapiano. The Album has production credits from Possigee, STG, Young Ukechukwu Celine, Bayo Adeptu, and Nabiola “LALA” Olayinka.
