DJ and producer Theo Gee is excited to announce the release of his latest single, “Louder.” This dynamic track embodies his journey from a young music enthusiast with a passion for hip hop and R&B to a prominent figure in the European club scene, showcasing his evolution as an artist and DJ.
Growing up, Theo never imagined that his love for music would take him beyond his parent’s basement. However, everything changed in 2014 when he launched BSMNT, a modest club night that quickly gained traction. Through hard work and dedication, Theo found himself rubbing shoulders with industry heavyweights like Sango, Troyboi, High Klassified, and Jarreau Vandal, honing his craft and refining his sense of rhythm by playing opening and closing sets.
As his reputation grew, Theo began to receive bookings across Belgium, delivering everything from high-energy electronic music party sets to laid-back old-school hip hop sessions. His versatility caught the attention of major festivals, including the Amsterdam Dance Event, Dour Festival, Les Ardentes, and Couleur Café.
With the success of BSMNT solidifying his standing as a key player in the eclectic club scene, Theo sought new challenges and began to export his infectious DJ sets to clubs across Europe, spinning in cities like Paris, Berlin, Porto, Rome, and Barcelona.
Not one to rest on his laurels, Theo also turned his attention to music production. Initially dabbling in Ableton with remixes and edits, he eventually began releasing his original productions, with his first tracks hitting digital stores in March 2022.
