Veteran Kumawood actor Mr. Beautiful, known in private life as Clement Bonney has urged the government of Ghana to allow the LGBTQ+ community access to their human rights in the country.

Over the past weeks, scores of Ghanaian celebrities have shared their varied opinion on the LGBTQ Bill Before parliament that seeks to criminalize same-sex marriages.

According to Mr. Beautiful, every individual irrespective of their sexual orientation is entitled to their life choices. He added that every decision in life comes with consequences. He made these statements during an interview with Sammykay Media.

“I’m not gay and don’t know anyone who’s gay, I haven’t made up my mind to be gay,” “If someone decides to sleep with a fellow man and be happy, that’s fine – it’s their choice.”

“For me, I believe that God created a nice hole [vagina] for us to enjoy, but if someone chooses to sleep with a man, and that will make them happy, it’s their choice. That’s their right. If they want their rights, Allow the LGBTQ+. And then when the consequences are coming, they will face it.” Mr. Beautiful told blogger Sammy K during an interview.
