Ghanaian Singer, Songwriter, and Producer Kidi over the week released the much-anticipated remix to his monster hit/chart-topping single ‘Touch It’ featuring American rapper, Tyga.
Prior to this week’s release of the remix, Tyga shared a video of him vibing and jamming to the song which generated massive attention and anticipation towards the remix.
The remix of ‘Touch It’ was produced by Richie, KiDi, and Jack Knight, and the video was directed by Rex. Currently with over 37.2 million streams on Spotify, The original version of ‘Touch It’ since its release in June 2021, has amassed some incredible numbers. It also peaked at #11 for ‘World Digital Sales’ on the global music ranking platform, Billboard.
Touch It’ recently earned KiDi a nomination in the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). Tyga who featured on the remix is an American rapper and singer known for songs like ‘Taste’, ‘Dip’, ‘Rack City’, among others.
